What it is
The Resource Meter is a text display of the various resources your site is currently using, including disk space, bandwidth, email accounts and mailing lists. There is also an archive of previous month's information at the bottom.

As you can see the Transfer is broken down by day. The first number is traffic in (data sent to your site, such as uploading your files), the second is traffic out (everything sent from the server to your visitors). The numbers are in bytes.
