The Reseller SimplePlan is an expanded version of our retail hosting package which offers more storage and features. The Reseller SimplePlan costs $10 per month when billed annually ($120.00 per year). We also offer quarterly and semi-annual payment plans. Your cost for each resold SimplePlan account is as follows:
As a Reseller you set your own pricing structure, and charge the prices you feel are appropriate for the service. Here's a real-life example: You order a SimplePlan for your client. You are charged just $45 for a year of hosting. You bill your client $19.95 per month with a $30 setup fee. You just order the Reseller SimplePlan. Once you've done that, you can add resold domains directly from your Reseller Control Center. You'll be up and running in minutes! Back to MiniFAQ Back to top Do I have to share my disk space with my clients? No, the Reseller SimplePlan is for your site only. Each of your resold domains gets its own resources and Control Center. You can use the extra space in your account for demonstrating design work in progress, transferring files to/from clients, etc. Back to MiniFAQ Back to top Is there any difference between the resold SimplePlan and the regular SimplePlan? In order to maintain anonymity, we remove all references to us on the Control Center screens in your clients' accounts. As a result, certain tools such as "Account Management" and links to our Assistance Center, support documentation, etc have been taken out. None, however your resold accounts are bound by the same usage terms as provided in our Terms and Conditions. As a reseller, you are ultimately responsible for monitoring your client's content and ensuring acceptable use. Also, the 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to resold domains. If this happens, you have several options: - You can cancel (remove) the account and receive a pro-rated refund, minus the $25 early termination fee, credited to your account for use against a future billing - You can change the domain name associated with the account for a fee of $15.
