PayPal Information

PayPal is a secure method of sending and receiving funds.  Choose the appropriate documentation:

NEW SIGNUPS
If you choose to pay for your hosting account through PayPal, please follow these instructions:

1. Go back to the Order Form, and choose the "Pay By PayPal" option and submit your order. Your hosting order will be placed "on hold" until we receive the payment through PayPal.

2. Go to PayPal's web site and create your new PayPal account, or log into your existing PayPal account if you have one already.

3. Once you have logged in (or create a new free PayPal account), click on the "Send Money" option.

4. A form will come up to designate the recipient. Here are some instructions for filling out the form properly:

Field	Value you should enter
Recipient's Email	Enter 'paypal@5DollarHosting.com'
Amount ($)	Enter the total amount of your order. Payments with insufficient funds will not be accepted and will delay your account activation.
For an Auction	Leave this un-checked since it is not an auction payment.
Recipient's last name*	Leave this field blank because we are a business recipient.
Email Subject*	Enter 'Payment for [your domain.com]'
Note*	Please include your name, the domain name of the account you are paying for, and a breakdown of your payment, for example "$60 for one year on the SimplePlan"; or "$60 for renewal of XYZ.com for one year", etc.

Click "Continue", choose your payment option, and the transaction will be processed.

Once we receive payment, we will activate your account and register/transfer your domains. You will receive your Welcome Letter and instructions at that time.

EXISTING ACCOUNTS

It's easy to use PayPal to pay for your renewal or other charges.  In your Control Center there is a link to make a PayPal Instant Payment. Simply click this icon (shown above) and follow directions.
