As the move to the new servers has completed, the way in which email is checked has slightly changed. Firstly: don't worry, you're not losing any email. See below for the settings you'll need, and other email-related info.

General Settings

These general settings apply to all email clients. Chances are you'll need to make one, possibly 2 adjustments. (The biggest one is making sure to use your whole email address for the login.)

mail.domain.com or your ISP
User name
Full email address
Password

New WebMail

Big difference here? Log in with the whole email address from now on. Your password stays as it was. To access WebMail, use the same method as before - go to www.domain.com/webmail (substitute your real domain name). WebMail now lets you choose between 2 programs, Horde and SquirrelMail. You can try both and see which you like best! WebMail is also now secure, encrypted with SSL so you can feel more confident using it at public terminals or wi-fi- hotsposts.

See interactive video demos for both Horde and SquirrelMail here
