We're sorry to see you go! In order to cancel or non-renew your service with us, please fill out the form below. To ensure security, we ask for some identifying information which must be received before processing your cancellation request. This can include:

Current account password
Last 4 digits of credit card used to pay for account

Remember to review the Early Termination policy (a copy is below the form) as it may apply to you.

Note: refunds cannot be processed on any transactions more than 90 days old.

NOTE: DOMAIN REGISTRATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

EARLY TERMINATION POLICY

If you wish to terminate a new hosting contract after the first 30 days, but before the contract is up, there shall be a refund of the unused whole months of services, less a $25 early termination fee.

If you wish to terminate an existing hosting contract, and more than 48 hours have passed after the renewal has been processed, there shall be a refund of the unused whole months of services, less a $25 early termination fee.

Cancellations of a new hosting contract within the first 30 days, or a renewal of a contract within 48 hours will not be assessed an early termination fee.
