CANCELLATION / NON-RENEWAL

This portion of our web site is no longer in service. To request cancellation or non-renewal of any services, please access your ClientCenter account at http://clients.5dollarhosting.com

Instructions for cancelling using the ClientCenter:

- Log in to the ClientCenter at http://clients.5dollarhosting.com (note: if you need your login information sent to you, there is a link you can use on that page).
- Once logged in, click on "My Hosting" on the top menu
- You will see a line for each hosting plan you have with us. Click the icon at the right side of the line for the plan you wish to modify.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen, where you will find a button labeled "Request Cancellation". Click on this.
- Lastly, you will be asked if this request is to be processed immediately or upon expiration of the current contract.

Hosting plans with an active cancellation request will not be renewed. All web page and email content will be removed upon expiration of the existing contract, unless the 'immediate' option was chosen, in which case the content will be removed immediately.
